The current shrubs are Rhamnus ilicifolia. There were originally three planted, and one has died. They have never filled in, and branches die frequently. There is some water available to them, perhaps too much, as the site is three-four feet from a bog, and the adjacent plants are huckleberries, salal, and Lewisia. I'm looking for something that is evergreen, and maxes out at no more than 10 ft (3 m).
