No. 3465 21 July 2025, characters observed: Perennial, to 40 cm.; Stem strigose, distally stipitate-glandular; Leaves, basal withered, cauline, alternate, sessile, bases auriculate, 56 mm. × 16 mm. wide, length 3.5× width, strigose, eglandular, margins ciliate, tips acute, not spinulose; Involucre, 5 mm. × 10 mm. wide; Phyllaries, in 3 series, ±equal, 5 mm. × 0.8 mm. wide, outer green, inner chartaceous, outer hairy and minutely stipitate glandular; Receptacle, epaleate; Rays, tube 3 mm. + blade 8 mm. × 0.8 mm. wide, blue; Disk flowers, many, tube 3 mm. + lobes 0.3 mm., yellow; Pappus, 2 series, outer low crown 0.2 mm., inner bristles 2.5 mm.;
