(Syn: Packera dimorphophylla (Greene) W.A. Weber & Á. Löve)

West Tennessee Creek, Lake County, Colorado. In a meadow just north of West Tennessee Creek, 580 m. southwest of Lily Lake, 12.6 km. northwest of the GNIS location of Leadville. 39.3466°N, 106.3723°W. WGS 1984 Elev. 3210 m. Basal leaves mostly withered, bases chordate to cuneate. Also collected here: Caltha chionophila.
