Morrison Creek, Jefferson County, Colorado. Along Morrison Creek and former National Forest Road 547, 2.78 km. south of National Forest Road 550, 63.4 km. south of the GNIS location of Golden. 39.3192°N, 105.2832°W. WGS 1984 Elev. 2459 m. Hispid, lvs entire, receptacle paleate, rays yellow, disk fls purple, pappus 0. Shaded area, in a generally more open forest, with an adjacent meadow. Also collected here: Galium boreale, and Thalictrum fendleri.
