Mertensia ciliata (Torr.) G. Don.  Tall Fringed Bluebells.

North Fork West Tennessee Creek, Lake County, Colorado. About 400 m. east of Lily Lake, along Pike-San Isabel Forest Road 131, 2.6 road miles west of US Highway 24, and 10.8 road miles north northwest of Leadville, 140 km. southwest of the GNIS location of Golden. 39.3522°N, 106.3646°W. WGS 1984 Elev. 3227 m. Low slope in lodgepole pine forest.
