Currently an exit from Interstate 15, with and a small store. Sometimes has gasoline (April and May, 2005) or not (May 2000, September 2000).

The locale known as Valley Wells is a mile or so north of the highway. There was a smelter here.

The road north goes to the Kingston Range, and the road south to Cima and the Mojave National Preserve.


Elevation: 3701ft, 1128m.
