Small mountain range in northern Arizona, northern extension of the Kaibab Plateau, extend into Kane County, Utah.
Name formerly used for the current Kaibab Plateau. Name of Kaibab Plateau was formally adopted in 1910. Marcus A. Jones collected Frasera albomarginata in the Buckskin Mountains in 1889. Since the name had wider application then than now, it's possible the collection was made anywhere between the southern tip of the Kaibab Plateau and the northern tip of Buckskin Mountain.
